I finally found a pool company I'm happy with!  They come very reliably and leave my pool sparkling clean all week.  I've had a few different pool techs and every one has been superb, and when I've had to call the office for a billing question, I get a prompt answer. I tried 4 other pool companies and I am so glad I eventually found Ultramarine. Their service is far superior. First of all, the pool water always looks blue and clear. But on top of that their techs are dependable, friendly, tidy, and always on time. And after ever service you get an email report with a photo of your pool. No one else does that. The technician that came out to my home. His name was Alex, he was excellent. He knew what he was doing and very informative. He made sure that I knew everything I needed to know about how to service the.  Device that he had installed. I would highly recommend this company because mainly the owner was stellar. I was looking for a pool company that could provide cleaning and complete maintenance. Jonathan came right out and gave us a fair estimate and repaired our spa and installed a pool heater. Everything was professionally installed right away and we now have a warm pool with a working spa.  They also do a very thorough weekly cleaning.  Ultramarine is a very professional company that I highly recommend.

We built our pool in the great and current “pool boon” only realizing it was a boon after we were in it. After delays and delays and issues and awful to poor service we discovered Ultra Marine. Then we found the joy in our pool.

Just another pool service you say? NO. They are not. They show up on time. They are professional and very knowledgeable. They put great attention to detail into their tasking. They work efficiently and spend the time needed to get the job done right. And they are very nice and very accommodating. One cleaning and we could only marvel at our pool. We had no idea how rich and blue our texture color was until Ultra Marine came.

They also helped us with issues with our Omnilogic board and got it to work properly. Amazing!

I highly recommend! You can tell they are very passionate about what they do and they were also extremely patient with me. I needed a start up service after my pool was resurfaced and this was my first time going through this process so I really appreciated Rick taking the time to explain everything.
